Summary0017387: Royal Set 8 Piece Bonuses Not Working Properly

Issue: Granted Abilities of 8 Piece Royal Sets are bugging in combat. If you spam the granted ability button in combat (might be another thing), you wont be able to see cooldown (also abilitiy stops working until you are out of combat or re equip the gear)

Note: I think its the same bug with RP/Zea Stance Change in the past.

Having this same issue today with 8P WP off sov ability Dispersion. Feels like the ability is disabled during combat.

This issue is being closed as it should be fixed in the new ability system. Please create a new issue if this is not the case.
