Summary0017491: Liniments and level 200 container

When using any liniment ingredient with a level 200 container it creates a completely different kind of liniment than what they create when using a level 150 container. Some of the ingredients you get from butchering don't work at all with a level 200 vial and even makes the apothecary window to bug out so you can't create more pots until you relog.

Here is a list of the liniment ingredients and what they create:

 The ones marked N/A don't work with lvl 200 container.

On the list you can see two types of liniment that didn't exist in the game before lvl 200 vials were added. Liniment of War: Blood (Wounds+Melee Crit) and Liniment of War: Demise (Wounds+Melee Power). If this is intentional it's a pretty cool concept that you can create more rare liniments with a lvl 200 vial but on live these two liniments had their own main ingredients.

Liniment of War: Blood was created from Yellow Honeythorn (cultivating) and Liniment of War: Demise was created from Bloodnettle (cultivating) and Primal Calling (butchering).

**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
Tried to create a linament using Master Apothecary's Ampoule, Primal Grace and x3 Majestic Goldweed.
Result should've been:
Liniment of Peerless Defence (perhaps two because of the Majectic Goldweed multiplier?)

Result was:
Nothing was created or consumed but recieved the following error from server (screenshot attached):

"Something went wrong when attempting to make this item, please report to the bugtracker that this happened, what materials were used and that result would have been: 197923"

Also any attempt to make a new potion, even using the vendor vials (Artisan's Glass Vial), would not work. It would not let me put the vial into the Apothecary window. Even after a reload the it still would not let me create any other new potions. A relog solved the problem though.

**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
Try to brew a potion at 200 Apothecary skill using Master Apothecary's Ampoule, Primal Grace and x3 Majestic Goldweed.

Strangely enough, using Primal Affinity instead of Primal Grace produced the Primal Grace liniment instead of the Primal Affinity liniment. I also tested with Primal Strength and had the same inital result (total failure and apo window bugged)
