There are loads of issues around magus ground target at the moment where the abilities dont fire (and reset the cooldown) or fire in the wrong place.
There are 2 bugs here, but i guess they are the same issue.
1: When you target a GTAOE that is out of range, it uses the abilitites cooldown even though the ability failed.
2: When you move the mouse quickly for GTAOE, the GTAOE does not keep up with it, you have to move the mouse slowly.
1: Expected behavior - The GTAOE should be cast at the max range of the intended direction, it should place the White box at the max range much as happens if you drag the GTAE from being in range slowly to max range.
Actual Behavior - the GTAOE doesnt work and the cooldown timer is reset.
2 Expected behavior - the GTAOE should follow the edge of the range you quickly moved the mouse to
Actual behavior - The white GTAOE target stays in the place you moved the mouse quickly from.

Please can these be resolved? in order to cast GTAE at the moment you have to start the mouse cursor over your toon, and then SLOWLY move it towards max range, and then cast it. It makes a 0.5 second operation take 3-4 seconds.
