LF does not crit anymore, but strikethrough, armor penetration and a speed increase to the pet are not working. --> **Expected behavior and actual behavior:** Pet should be getting armor pen and speed increase along with strike through **Steps to reproduce the problem:** Attacked targets to see if damage was increased due to armor pen, and it was not. Also LF is not giving speed boost to pet or strike thru **Testing Screenshots/Videos/Evidences (always needed):** Without LF  With LF  223 is the same amount no matter what on the target. I tried pve mobs and pvp. Same with the pet attacks. Nothing changed. I got this from the other bug report.
