Summary0017924: Lingering AoE Zones deactivate while caster is dead

**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
- If i place down a lingering AoE, like sticky feetz or dissolving mist, and die after having placed them, i expect them to continue functioning
- Actually, the zone remains but becomes inert (no slow, no damage, no nothing in the area) while i, the caster, am dead

**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
- Cast dissolving mist on enemies
- die
- release & respawn
- Damage is applied correctly before death and after respawn, but completely pauses while dead.

Without video recordings, this is hard to submit as evidence, but here you go:

The ability dealt damage fine while alive.
