**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
.rvr and SoR should accurately report whether a zone is open. They currently do not (or they are correct, and the flags in Nord are open without the zone being active?)
**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
Go to t1 nord...issue may be fixed once Nord reopens naturally?
