Summary	0018164: Engi RVR area damage bug

Don't forget screens or a video. --> Expected behavior and actual behavior: Area damage button should work properly but now it doesnt edge of the map . Steps to reproduce the problem: Tc empire map edge of the between troll country and ostland area damage buttons doesnt work as you will see the video. Also this istuation same all 2 parts maps like avelorn-saphery and High Pass-Talebackland and also behind open door during city's .
