**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
Primary Fury gives 10 secs of 25% damage attacking from back and sides. Flanking tactic also gives you extra damage from sides and back.
Actual behavior: Flanking tactic is not giving extra damage when Primary Fury is activated.
**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
Tested on a test dummy. Equip Flanking and attack with Primary Fury up. Remove Flanking and attack with Primal Fury. Damage is exactly the same.
Pointless to have specced Primary Fury if using Flanking tactic.
Being a special 10 second ability, it needs to be stacking with the tactic.
