Divine mend started to heal, like shown on pic, since 4-5 mins after loosing 2 members of a party, restoring all the hp lost by targets. I was rooted in place, unable to move. Tunnels dungeon, bank side.

Being rooted in place means that you let that boss's stacking debuff reach 10 stacks. That also means that you had 10 stacks of the stat debuff that comes with it (notably Willpower in the case of your heals, as seen by how little your other heals are healing for). My assumption would be that something similar to a negative-stat underflow is occurring, which is causing Divine Mend to heal for giant amounts.
