Hello,

Boiling Blood does not proc Flames of Rhuin. I thought this was strange, so I asked a knight to join my group and give me Shining Blade buff, and the damage add doesn't proc from boiling blood either. So, no procs whatsoever.

I double checked and a sorcerer's Word of Pain suffers the same thing.

Many abilities require an attack, such as gear set bonuses, weapon procs and AP tactic and other conditions and this attack is a major part of our 10 second life.

Just tested on Brightwizard, with a WP standing within range having Prayer of Righteousness activated Slowboil would proc both Funnelpower+flames of rhuins+ Prayer of Righteousness.
But the other timebomb type dot Boiling blood would not proc any of it, not even Funnel Power that should be garenteed on each DD. And however worked on Slowboil, so something does seem to be up with BB / WoP unable to proc stuff.

I know I reported this 14 months ago, but word of pain and boiling blood still do not proc (anything). Shades of Death is a 13 point ability which is already weak because it cannot crit. I just tested and since word of pain doesn't proc anything, this 13-ability is 20% even weaker since I dont get my 5 full procs of 109 damage in.

These are the main style for one of the most popular classes in the game, and they do not proc anything. That means AP procs, heal procs, covenants of celerity (dok snare prayer). There are dozens of reasons to fix this. I know the devs are busy, but your caster players are also being really patient and one of the biggest 5 second CD spells we keep ON cooldown is completely broken.

Please help!

This issue is being closed as it should be fixed in the new ability system. Please create a new issue if this is not the case.
