Summary	0018312: Granted abilites reach max and doesn't show more
Description	Reporter: theStormrider I had both full sov armor and RP's buff. When I raised my banner I had only 3 out of 4 abilites. The ability that was lost, was the ressurection (Rally) ability. It's very easy to reproduce this, just wear a full sov and get a granted ability from RP's buff, then raise your guild banner.
