| Description | Reporter: Vizharian when attempting T4 PQ Slayer Keep in Kadrin Valley, we were unable to finish as one qualifier mob (Grimnir's Champion) did not spawn GMs searched for the qualifier mob but could not find it in any of the two rooms in which it should spawn timestamp roughly 20:55 1/17/2021 (or on stage IV trigger) screenshot attached  | ||||
