Summary0018505: [WH] Razor strike incorrect animation

As the tilte said when I used use the Witch Hunter Spell "Razor Strike" , the "Burn armor" animation pop out.
I recreate a Witch hunter to see if it's not a character bug and reinstall RoR , but nope, the animation is still incorrect, looks like it's client side and recent.
