**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
Expected behavior: Description of offhand: "On being hit: 10% chance to increase wounds by 110 for 20 seconds"
Actual behavior: On being hit wounds are **increased by 80, instead of 110**. Proc chance seems to be correct (didn't do enough tries to confirm, or deny, 20sec is also correct.
**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
Get smacked while wearing Evil offhand (BBBE reward) and check getstats.
