Summary	0018658: Not So Fast(id:1835) has no debuff type
Description	Reporter: Teefz Expected behavior: "Not So Fast!" should be an Ailment, so it is cleanseable. Currently it is not. Actual behavior: "Not So Fast!" tooltip is classified as an Ailment, but the debuff is not classified as anything. Steps to reproduce the problem: Spec KD, test on hostile target, watch the debuff type.
