Summary	0018670: Tank Warlord 8 piece bug
Description	Reporter: gke96 Tank warlord set 8 piece set bonus has a cooldown bug. From the tests I did it sometimes does not show the cooldown. Because this ability does not have any animation, effect or damage; it creates a big confusion on the user about whether the ability has actually been used or not. Here is one of the tests I did. I spam the ability for 7+ minutes with a timer on. https://youtu.be/JfqQ1u4gFTM If I wait extra 5-10 seconds after cooldown ends it usually does not bug.

ReturnOfReckoning 2023-08-13 04:23 reporter ~0034670	Commenter: bloodmasked The 8pc off-sovereign (shield dok) set is the same, it seems to be buggy. This is probably the case for all 8pc abilities.
