Summary	0018712: After morale usage, remaining morale don't get cooldown
Description	Reporter: kirraha Moralebug for at least tanks. I play my Bo and very often get a bug where I use m2 for example, the other morales are not getting put on countdown. I can basicly use m2 bellow. Reboot my moralebuildmeter, and with moraletactic be able use my other m1,m2 or m3 in a very short amount of time. This is serious broke stuff and should very much be looked into. I notice it mostly when doing city, since I focus on building and using m2 asap in fights. Not sure if it affects other classes on order. But with Destruction moralebuild and this bug they have a serious upper hand that def. is exploited some people.

ReturnOfReckoning 2023-08-13 04:24 reporter ~0034743	Commenter: bloodmasked This happens to me occasionally. I press my morale such as rampaging syphon and it goes on cooldown but nothing happens. My latency is 300 so that might have something to do with it.
