**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
Heaven's Blade effect doesn't affect group members when you're using Bolstering Enchantments tactic (looks like one effect overrides the other).
**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
1. Use Heaven's Blade.
2. Slot Bolstering Enchantments tactic.
3. Monitor party buffs.
