Summary	0018817: Bright Wizard LOS

Don't forget screens or a video. --> Bright Wizard can use some abilities while facing away from the target, instead of 180degrees in front of you. Expected behavior and actual behavior: You would expect, like all other dps, using abilities would require the target to be in front of you. Steps to reproduce the problem: You must be moving (as to not trigger the auto-rotate character function) and facing away from the target to reproduce. I will include a link to a short demonstration video.
