**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
Knight No Escape M3 root tooltip:

> "Deals 1200 damage to all enemies within 30feet and roots them, making them unable to move for 10seconds."

However the root is breaking almost instantly. After testing on pve mobs the root seem to have the same case of root-break as Brightwizard Firecage root with a 50%chance of breaking uppon damage. This rootbreak uppon damage is also breaking uppon damage procs. So a BW with Funnelpower and Flames of ruin procs will run a chance of breaking on each proc, leaving this rootbreak chance to be almost garenteed whenever a single enemy is hitting on the target(s) affected by No Escape, let alone if several are hitting on the targets.
On top of this, the same Morale ability is on Sorc M4 mastery "Paralyzing Nightmares" and this root doesnt seem to have the rootbreaking chance uppon damage intake.

Balance issue and proposal:
Knight is a tank class and the tank archtype is usually based around mitigating damage, controling the battlefield, debuffing and not really dealing damage. Since this is a Morale3 ability which takes alot of time to reach. This root ability should be 5seconds long and not break uppon damage intake for the duration. Snare/root breaking abilities from mdps and tanks should naturally break the effect like on Mara/WL M1 Enshare morale, which also doesnt break uppon damage intake.
Because Sorc have a selfpump they can reach their M4 aoe root morale faster than a Knight can reach No Escape.
Both morales should be reduced to 5second duration, and have the rootbreak component removed as these are big cooldowns for crowcontrol, and right now the effect is breaking too fast for it to be used as CC but more as a damage tool.

**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
Use No Escape on mobs. Auto attack or use abilities while the Effect is on the enemy and see how fast the effect breaks.

In this video at the mark I linked to we can see how a Knight No Escape is applied, how it last for 5 sec and how it doesnt break while people are beating on the targets affected.
