Potent Enchantment Sword Master Tactic Procs With Heaven s - Phantom Blade Enchantment With 25% Even If Their Buff Is Applied.
I did some testing the other day and i noticed that even when the 9 second of heaven - phantom blade enchantment are on, there is still 25% to proc the potent enchantment dot which logically should work like Bolstering Enchantments Tactic.
Sadly i cant provide photos of it because it s difficult to track down but if you would like give it a check. I am not sure how Loudmouth tactic works, maybe it interacts the same as Potent Enchantment.
