Summary	0018936: Ritual of Superiority not working when getting bolsterd
Description	Reporter: darkt1981 <!-- Issues should be unique. Check if someone else reported the issue first, and please don't report duplicates. Only ONE issue in a report. Don't forget screens or a video. --> Expected behavior and actual behavior: At lvl 19 you can get Ritual of Superiority and you place it on the ground to shield people that get hit. But when you enter a Scenario, you cant place it down at level 19 adn sthe spell is lvl 39 so i think the bolster is blocking it for some reason. Steps to reproduce the problem: Get the spell at 19 and enter Scenario's and try to place it.
