**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
Flame Arrow does magical damage, with tactic Enchanted Arrow it should penetrate full resistances of target but its not, or it does it in buggy way (only sometimes).


**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
Use FlameArrow with and w/o EnchantedArrow tactic.

Hi, I was about to post the same issue and found that there is already a thread.

I too tried the ability in training constracts with or without the tactic, same results,

I even tried to switch stance to Scout because the tactic is in Scout mastery tree while the ability is in Skirmish, same results.
