**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**

Expected: Embrace the Warp reduces the AP cost of abilities by 25%
Actual: Embrace the Warp reduces the AP cost of abilities by 25 AP

UPDATE: this is a tooltip issue. The tooltips reduce the AP by 25, while the server reduces the AP by 25%.

**Steps to reproduce the problem:**

Cast Embrace the Warp and then check the ability tooltips. The AP cost has been reduced by 25 instead of 25%.

I think it's just a visual bug.
Tested it with FoC.
With fully reged AP I casted one FoC and waited for the AP-reg to kick in.
I'm still reging AP eventhough the cast was free per tooltip. The reduced AP-value matches the EtW-Tooltip.

I didn't think to test it with an ability that would bring it down to 0 AP.

Can confirm it's a tooltip issue - actual AP used is correctly reduced by 25%.
