Summary | 0019124: [Zealot] Granted abilities not using Zealot's mastery rank
Description | Reporter: Zomega-WAR <!-- Issues should be unique. Check if someone else reported the issue first, and please don't report duplicates. Only ONE issue in a report. Don't forget screens or a video. --> **Expected behavior and actual behavior:** Tested with Mark of the Spell Destroyer only because if I ask any more people in IC to help test things I will be reported for harassment. Expected: With 15 points in Path of Witchcraft on a rank 40 Zealot, when I cast Mark of the Spell Destroyer on an ally I would expect them to get the level 40 buff (highest stats), and the level 40 ability (highest base damage). Actual: The ally correctly gets the level 40 buff, but only ever gets the level 25 ability. It appears that the ally's mastery is used when working out the ability level rather than the Zealot who granted it. **Steps to reproduce the problem:** 1) Rank 40 Zealot, no mastery points assigned. 2) Cast "Mark of the Spell Destroyer" on an ally in a group. The ally should be able to confirm the granted ability level is 25 3) Remove the buff (cast a different mark), leave group, put 15 points into Path of Witchcraft, rejoin group. 3) Cast "Mark of the Spell Destroyer" on the ally again. The granted ability is still only level 25 **Testing Screenshots/Videos/Evidences (always needed):** <!-- Drag and drop an image file here to include it directly in the bug report, no need to upload it to another site --> I lost the chat log for this (relogged), but the person I tested it with confirmed the damage and level didn't change between re-specs and re-casting. <!-- Note that game critical and game breaking bugs may award a manticore/griffon (realm specific) at the leads discretion however, asking for one instantly disqualifies you from this reward. -->
