**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**

If you spam cast Scourge in a row for a while, eventually extra instances of the visual effect (the black arcing lines to the target) are created that animated at a very slow speed. The only way to get rid of them is to move far enough away from the target object that it despawns. These extra instances continue to stack on top of each other.
