Witch Hunter Repel Blasphemy has level requirement.

Expected behavior:
The Mastery tree ability should not have a level requirement. It is not a core ability.

Actual behavior:
The Ability Repel Blasphemy has a level requirement of 26. My character is level 24 and can not use it even though I can purchase the ability in the master tree.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

Create witch hunter
level to 24
spend mastery points until you have repel blasphemy
attempt to use ability
tool tip says " you can not use this ability at your current level"

Note this is for all path of Confession Mastery abilities or Tactics

Note that game critical and game breaking bugs may award a manticore/griffon (realm specific) at the leads discretion however, asking for one instantly disqualifies you from this reward.

I would assume so, I never got into a sc.
The other Mastery trees are level 17 level requirement for all abilities or tactics. I am assuming the 27 level requirement is a bug.

This issue is being closed as it should be fixed in the new ability system. Please create a new issue if this is not the case.
