Description | Reporter: mdrntms **Expected behavior and actual behavior:** The wound buff, Daemonic fortitude spell (zealot) and Protection of the ancestors spell (rp) should be greyed out when targeting an ally outside of your group and not allowed to be launched. Currently when using the spell on an ally outside of the group, the spell has no effect (expected) but still goes on its 3minutes cooldown. **Steps to reproduce the problem:** Use Daemonic fortitude or Protection of the ancestors on an ally outside of your group. | ||||

Commenter: mdrntms Hi, sorry if was not precise enough. But the game allows the spell to be "casted" for nothing, if casted on an ally outside of the group. My point was it shouldn't even let the player cast the spell to begin with (=greyed out) if the target is outside of the group. In practice you can "waste" the spell (= make it go on its cooldown) by reacting too quickly and targeting someone out of the group. I would assume it should work like the zealot/rp init/resists/str buffs, they can't be casted (= greyed out) if your target is not in your group. |

Commenter: Zomega-WAR Update: Daemonic Fortitude now applies the wounds buff to any friendly player, whether it is within the group or not. This matches the behavior of the tooltip. |

This issue is being closed as it should be fixed in the new ability system. Please create a new issue if this is not the case. | |
