**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
Expected: Grudge to build up when the ironbreaker is attacked.
Actual: No build up.
**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
Moved from Tier 1 area to Praag, found an enemy and was attacked. No buildup at all.
