Summary0019409: Lockouts apply after leaving party and instance

It seems that lockouts are applies to instance and all persons bound to it, even if they weren't in the instance at the time of killing boss.

Yesterday I joined random Gunbad group.
We started left wing, killed all till the last boss, made several tries and then I left party (tank was really bad)
They has left there and continue doing dungeon (at least I've seen their LFM messages in a several hours after that)

Today I decided to check my lockouts and was surprised, when I've seen I have lockouts for whole Gunbad, except 3 last bosses.

Also, at my shammy, few days ago I've joined random BBBE party, we killed 1st BB boss and then I left. I was sure everyone left too.
But in a 2 days I checked lockouts and found that I'm locked for that 1st boss in BB AND for all bosses in BE, and latter lockouts were made in 1 day after 1st one. But I wasn't in BE after that attempt at all!


**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
Exp: you are getting lockout for boss when you actually took part in killing him
Act: you are not.


**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
Join party, open instance, get few lockouts, leave party, do your own business, continue getting lockouts from that instance.

i.e. Herald of Solitex and Arathemia are from Mid wing and I was already left that party.

I had same issue with BB/BE 2 days ago, I went with one group, i was not a leader, few ppl left at BE so as I. Next day I found another group and tried finish token quest but in BE i realised I got lockouts on Bosses I havent done yet. I spoke with leader of group of previous group and they were able to finish BE. Looks like if your original group finish dungeon ppl that left said group still get lockouts. Wierd, never noticed it before.

Inheriting the group's lockouts is the intended behavior once you are bound to an instance. Please open a feature request on the forums if you want to discuss changing this. The other bug has likely been fixed since this ticket was opened, please open a new ticket with details if it happens again.
