Summary	0019515: Phoenix gate flag drop
Description	Reporter: MightyPhred The central flag drop in phoenix gate scen has been moved closer to the destruction spawn point (see screenshot), making it much easier for order players to win a race to dump off the flag when both are claimed - also the drop flag for destruction players keeps vanishing entirely so there isnt a place to dump a captured flag, I'm unsure whether that applies to order as well ![flag](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/16922842/136709041-049c5c90-793c-4768-895c-24b37facc453.png)
