Summary	0019520: Surging Pain / Scorched Earth
Description	Reporter: Andical These abilities do not cause Explosion/Backslash no matter how much Combustion/Dark Magic you have. ![no backslash](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/14881655/137064305-ebbf8f31-9dab-443e-973f-17155690c53a.png) Our Tactic Slot "Piercing Shadows" causes backslash to deal 50% of the dmg back to all enemies within 30 feet it that should have a synergy with this, normally it deals 375 but it doesn't proc with Surging Pain, only with the rest of skills. I have seen this menctioned since 2018 but there is no feedback, only closed posts.... Please add this minor change thanks
