Summary	0019614: [SH][Talent] All By Meself no longer reduces Squig Leap cooldown
Description	Reporter: zulnam STR: 1. Equip All By Meself. 2. While in Squig Armor, cast Squig Leap onto a target. EXP: Squig Leap ability should have no cooldown ACT: Squig Leap ability has entire 10-second cooldown.
