**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
M2 `Focused Mind` ability of SH combined with `Aimin' Quickly` breaks poisen arrer & plink. The character just does not finish casting when focused mind is active with the tactic equiped.
**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
* Be SH
* Have Aimin Quickly tactic equipped
* Pop M2 Focused Mind
* Try to cast poisen arrer or plink
* Does not work
