| Description | Reporter: Rubyeclipse-war **Expected behavior and actual behavior:** The War Double Aegis (drop from the holiday gifts) notes that it grants a 60 second buff of **100%** to Renown, Exp, and Influence for all players near the location it's summoned to. (This is rad. I love this item.) However, when activated, the buff reads as only a **10% increase.** Update: Tested this on Supply turn-in -- can confirm the item is also not giving a 100% increase in-game, but rather a 10% increase. The actual increase is accurate to the bugged buff description, but very different from the item description. **Steps to reproduce the problem:** 1. Get lucky and get the War Double Aegis from a gift 2. Activate the War Double Aegis (30m cooldown) and check your buffs. **Testing Screenshots/Videos/Evidences (always needed):**  (And the lesser, 10% version, for comparison, stacked alongside as a test):  Will edit this ticket with more info after testing further.
