In the video linked below, you can see that when trying to port to the Inevitable City via the book of binding, the game bugs out and I get logged out after the loading screen. Then when I attempt to log back in, the menu background goes black and all the buttons stop working. The game then crashes, and on loading back up, it does the exact same thing. Then, I made an attempt to switch to my Chosen, and that crashed the game as well. I tried it again twice and got bumped to the character selection screen. I then tried logging in on my Disciple and I got in, only I was in on my Chosen and the UI was broken. It was displaying all my Chosen attributes and armor, but using the Disciple animation, and telling me I was playing my Disciple of Khaine (Name is Corcaedus, you can see the class label as well.)
When I finally got back in, a whole bunch of people said they were having issues in the Advice chat, so it sounds like this is a server issue.
