Summary	0019767: /warbandguildonly and /warbandallianceonly
Description	Reporter: graffernsl Expected behavior and actual behavior: Commands to open wb for alli/guild works not correct. That means if u create open WAR BAND and type /warbandguildonly it will not works. And you cant CLOSE such opened war band. So even if you pass lead and switch off flag (close wb), people will able join. So /warbandguildonly WB permanent opened. Steps to reproduce the problem: To make it correct u need do this: 1. Open a PARTY 2. Use command /partyguildonly 3. Reform party in to war band 4.
