**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
A knock down shouldn't be cancelled by any ability.
Black Guard's knock down from Path of Malice : Malignant Strike! (9pts skill) is considered as an Hex, therefore it can be dispelled immediately by any healer having either a Hex cleaning skill or an equipement doing it on heal (Absolve I on Invader set)
**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
Use Malignant Strike! on a target and make a target's friendly healer, like an AM or WP, spam his dispell skill.
