Summary	0019831: Bad respawn on Avelorn keep
Description	Reporter: baroke Bad respawn (for Order) on Avelorn keep. Video: https://youtu.be/SvnFeUVcc-s I am not sure if the inner door was up or down at this point; i think it was down but at the same time we also got a defensive bag roll which doesn't make sense if the door was down. Maybe the respawn for keeps should additionally check if the Lord is under attack (or at <98% health), in order to avoid such cases?
