Don't forget screens or a video. --> **Expected behavior and actual behavior:** During LOTD on 14 May 2022, an NPC patrol was trying to capture "Tomb of the Sun" which was held by destro. The BO got itself into a state where it was continiously locking (protected with the padlock icon) and unlocking, allowing the NPCs to try and take it. This was happening every few seconds. The end result was that the NPCs were never able to take that BO, and destro had to suffer an endless stream of "The forces of Destruction have taken Tomb of the Sun!" text in the middle of the screen each time it locked. The spam mounted up so much that the text was still scrolling about 5-10 minutes after LOTD ended. **Testing Screenshots/Videos/Evidences (always needed):** <!-- Drag and drop an image file here to include it directly in the bug report, no need to upload it to another site --> This is the map that caused the issue. Tomb of the Sun is circled in red. The padlock icon on the BO would keep flashing on and off.
