Commenter: Jethammer After repair and reinstallation of a fresh client, the issue is not fixed. This happens only on one character, on others everything is fine with the mail. |

Commenter: Stompah I also am having this issue on my main. Pretty sure it came from sending LOTD resources from my alt. Can't do anything with the auction house at all considering I can't mail items/money out to my alts. Crashes the minute I click on any mailbox on any zone, and I actually have to force restart my computer. Game will not close using alt+F4, alt tab does not work, nor will it even let me pull up task manager. |

Commenter: Shogun4138 Please help, I am having the same issue on my character for the past few days. No GM in game for several days so I guess im here. My character name is Gogo. I have not been able to access mail on this toon only. Game freezes but only on this one character. |

I did, I tried it on two seperate laptops. same issue. I won a mount last week on the ror twitch stream. I got an email from the game but nothing was attached. I informed the streamer and he said he would email gamesbond. The next day, I can not open my mail on this one character as it freezes the screen. All other characters work fine on both computers. |

Commenter: BomblingTV I got a character too who is now crashes garenteed when he tries to click the mailbox, only him none of my other toons. Relogging, repairing client etc didnt work Some of the data: - Started happening yesterday after a praag lock on character "smurfling" - tried to force the bug away by buying an item on AH to push the mail icon or an other mail into the queue in the mail. - This character sent some EXP reduction scrolls along time ago to my other character "duckling" which he could neither remove or pickup in his mail and that mail was stuck on him, yesterday that mail finally disappeared on Duckling but then the shammy started crashing as a result (could that broken mail with a deleted item in it have been sent back since it didnt get taken out?) - Looking at the other cases in this ticket it seems like stuff that has an decaying time is always a factor for recreating this bug. (twitch mounts, lotd resources, xp scrolls) |

Commenter: BomblingTV The problem for me have now swapped between chars again. As the "bugged mail" containing the removed Exp reduction scrolls from the char sent between "duckling" and "smurfling" First it was smurfling being bugged as the mail was in his mailbox and crashed the game when i tried to open the mailbox, now the mail has been lingering too long without opened and has been resent back to "duckling" which is now crashing when touching mailbox. Smurfling could now empty all the piled up zonelock bags etc though. The removed exp scrolls in the mail, is deffo the issue |
