Commenter: heavensfury The only thing I can think of was maybe my crafting bags was full. It was in a cultivating plot when the game shut down so maybe it had no where to go back in the crafting bag. |

Commenter: CrimsonFenris There is currently a bug wich make your purple seeds in cultivation vanish after a crash, restart or logout. No fix have been found yet, I advise you to carefully stop the cultivation before any issue, and to only cultivate purple seeds when you are in a safe (out of potential crash) place. |

Commenter: Kaelang This is a legacy issue which we haven't been able to replicate. We don't refund items lost due to server issues I'm afraid. If you can think of any additional information that can help with replicating the problem please let us know. |

Commenter: heavensfury thanks for reopening this i understand what you saying lilimx but is frustrating when it happens as said more thank likely my crafting bags was all full and in mid flow of the seed in its stages of cultivating and when the sever shut down that morning as there was issues with server .i didnt get out the in time and i think maybe the overflow on bag on crafting didn't work so i don't know where or why ,im a builder and not tech minded all i know is the chance of me getting that seed is slim to none any way if you deemed no then thanks for all efforts to see where and why this issue happened |
