**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
Should heal you only when you have it equiped. Now if you equip the tactic and remove it after out of combat without changing the bullets buff after that it gets stuck and keeps healing you so it's like you can have 5 career tactics active after that exploiting the healing bullets.


**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
Apply tactic and test then remove tactic (do a /rel(optional)) and test again.

Hey, i was unable to reproduce this bug.
The only weird thing i notice is that, even if u apply tactic u need to re-apply bullets to make it work.

But if i removed tactic, it stopped healing me.

I didn't change bullets buff in my video at all. If i switch bullets back and forth then it works fine but if I don't and just change tactics it gets stuck and keeps healing me.

It didnt bug out for me, but i think safe option would be, when tactic being removed should probably automatically remove Bullets buff.

EDIT: Ok, i tested now again and indeed, even after removing tactic, if u remain ur Bullets buff it will still heal u even if u no longer have tactic slotted.

I'm running brute force - blessed blades - flowing accusations and fanatical cleansing atm and i get healed in battles while all above tactics work at the same time. It's not just combat log, they actually heal me(the bullets tactic).

Ok this is a weird one. I cleaned cache restarted the launcher and tried the same thing again and it doesnt happen anymore.

Started happening again in RvR after 5-10 minutes or so deleting the cache. That's the only thing that i changed.

Is anything planned to be done about this? It's been a month since OP and no update. People are using this without fear of being reprimanded.
