Summary	0020379: [WL] Speed Training tactic does not reaply after resumonig Lion.
Description	Reporter: Ruin-84 Speed trainig is beeing disable after lion is resummoned. --> Expected behavior and actual behavior: constatn speed buff for pet. Steps to reproduce the problem: summon lion, equip tactic, unsumon lion and do it again, the speed bonus from tactic does not reapply. To reapply Speed Training i need to change tactic sets, or reapply Speed Training again, after each pet Summon.
