Summary	0020444: Witch hunter Stealth
Description	Reporter: Sofiebae Gaining a level while being in _incognito_, my abilties will stops working and i will have to wait until i can exit stealth manually to be able to use my abilties on a target once again. Have had this happen 5 times now in a row thought id report it cause i cant seem to find someone having this issue. Just an annoyance.
