Description | Reporter: Orlock13 Found that using Wild Changing/Chaos Unleashed Tactics were adding a raw 3% crit to my magic bonus stat. 3% for each one vs the stated tooltip of "+15% to Changing/Havoc spells" Further testing 25% base crit + havoc15% (3) came out to 28. Adding another 15% from the changing tactic made 28% to 32 (15% of 28 = 4). The tooltip is not correct, or the tactic isn't set up correctly. | ||||

Commenter: Orlock13 I've included 3 screenshots. One with just raw stats, no tactics. One with stats +1 tactic. One with stats and Both tactics added. Commenter: CrimsonFenris Paperdoll and getstat could not reflect crit bonuses to some skills ; it can only show when you got bonus to base (all) skills. You need to test over some constructs and make an average out of your crits with and without the tactic, to see if the average is now around +15% more. Test without tactic with only Havoc skills, then with tactic. Do the same with path of Changing tactic/skills, and see if critical rate is now averaging more or less +15% It's the same "issue" with some set bonuses, like "15% crit on skirmisher/quick shooting abilities" for SW/SH set ; it never reflect in paperdoll or getstat. What you're seeing on paperdoll is some strange calculation added to your overall crit chance, but since it affects only partially your skills, it is showing incorrectly ; it's odd you even see any increase for this displayed stat. |
