Summary	0020518: Flashfire [BW tactic]
Description	Reporter: BomblingTV Expected behavior and actual behavior: Expected: After triggering a Disrupt defence check you can instantly cast spells that nomrally have a Cast-timer, but without a Casttime while the Tactic 10sec proc is up. Behavior: However lately this seem to affect the Mounting effect too, so triggering a Flashfire tactic proc will allow players to instantly getting on their mount and potentially kite better than intented and avoid dangerous situatiations. Steps to reproduce the problem: Tried this with both 100g empire mount and guildcoin mount and both works. 1) cast abilities on a player in a duel/player-dummy in rvr whiling having Flashfire equipped 2) get disrupted 3) summon mount instantly without casttime and consume the Flashfire proc <!-- Note that game critical and game breaking bugs may award a manticore/griffon (realm specific) at the leads discretion however, asking for one instantly disqualifies you from this reward. -->

ReturnOfReckoning 2023-08-13 04:36 reporter ~0038886	Commenter: bosli42 mounting is considered a spellcast, so it is also affected by Focused Mind as well as casttime increasers. that should probably be changed for mounts generally or fixed together with this
