Commenter: Rubyeclipse-war If I remember right, the drop rate of this meat (which should go into your Quest Inventory, not regular inventory) may be less than 1/3 - can you try killing 5-10 of the wolves and seeing if the meat drops or appears in your Quest Inventory at that point? |

Commenter: Diometus I will attempt to kill more than the 15 I have killed despite it saying: I only need to kill 3 then I should have the meat in my inventory to feed the Ravenous Boars. We'll see if it's a drop-rate issue because the quest is practically saying I'll have it within the 3 I have killed. Give me a bit and by the way, thank you for replying. I'll update once I have killed enough to determine if it is indeed a drop-rate issue like what you're saying it could be. Edit: So after logging in after being off the character for about 36 hours, I now have the bag in my quest inventory without killing a wolf and looting -- successfully used it. It would appear that the game is instead queuing handouts for this quest or for some reason it was not registering as being in my inventory until I restarted my client. I don't know which it could be but I logged in and it was there which is weird because during testing what I thought it could be, I reloaded my character's UI so do you think it could be that it didn't read the database like it should have if it _did_ assign me the bag or could it be that there is actually a timer that hands stuff out and it was in a queue/delayed despite waiting hours after killing the wolves? Note: I don't know if a mod/tester or w/e considers this fixed; however, the initial problem is fixed on the surface but looking at it deeper and how it delayed the handout and never showed until 36 hours later in my inventory once I had re-logged and decided to try the character again, tells me something is going on here and needs to be looked at and possibly fixed regarding how the database communicates and assigns quest rewards and then shows it to the player. |

Commenter: Lheana Currently quest items drop based on a drop rate. If you keep killing these NPCs, you'll get the quest item, but indeed it is meant to be automatically added to your inventory when you kill the last NPC needed for this quest. |
