**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
Pie event elite reward:
In the Tome of Knowledge the Battle Ram is described as having a 70% movement speed increase. Also, after you get it, the tooltip say the same.
However, after mounting it, the tooltip is changed: 60% movement speed increase.
Did several tests, different zones, running from point A to point B. The time spent running was the same both with the Battle Ram and the normal mount.
**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
1. Get the Battle Ram
2. Mount it.
3. Compare with your normal mount.
