**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**Tome of Knowledge highlighted continuously with Empire Lands: Altdorf and will not clear. When selected, the tome entry folds to nothing listed for a map or awards with a blank influence bar, Issue will not clear and is continuously highlighted in tome. Only on this specific toon, no others are affected.
**Steps to reproduce the problem:**nothing just logging in
